Lefno 10mg Tablet is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis.

How to use Lefno Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lefno 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Lefno Tablet works
Lefno 10mg Tablet blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling and redness associated with certain autoimmune diseases. It suppresses the underlying disease process, rather than simply treating the disease.

Common Nausea, Headache, Dyspepsia, Rash, Diarrhoea, Increased liver enzymes, Respiratory tract infection.
